World Maritime Day 2022 Celebrations

The World Maritime Day theme for 2022 – ‘New technologies for greener shipping’ – underlines the need for innovation and cooperation in support of a green transition of the maritime sector into a sustainable future, while leaving no one behind.

MTCC Africa participated in the 2022 #WorldMaritimeDay celebrations organized by the MTCC Africa consortium member, Kenya Maritime Authority, in Mombasa, Kenya on 23rd September 2022. The MTCC Africa Head gave a presentation on Challenges and Opportunities for Innovation and Deploying New Solutions for the African Region in line with the World Maritime Day theme.
